  • Roast Level

A lighter-medium roast with enough depth to satisfy dark roast loyalists. This coffee is full of flavor, and will prove its power once brewed!

  • Origin

This washed, organic coffee is sourced from women producers in Lempira, Ocotepeque, Intibuca, Copan, La Paz, El Paraíso and Comayagua, Honduras. Their farms are at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,650 meters, where they use drying practices that include patios, solar dryers and raised beds.

  • Tasting Notes

Enjoy warming notes of brown sugar, apple, and milk chocolate. An elevated experience suitable for daily drinkers.

PRODUCED BY WOMEN

Women are the backbone of coffee production but rarely get the compensation or credit as producers.

About 70% of labor in the production of coffee is provided by women yet only around 30% of farms are women owned.

We're proud to showcase this coffee from the COMIPRONIL and CAUFUL cooperatives that is produced by over 400 women farmers across Honduras.
